What we collect
Location (foreground and background), motion and step data, your RevenueCat subscription status, and basic device and diagnostic information. No account, no contacts, no advertising identifiers.
How location is used
Location is read only from when a departure alarm fires until the 150-foot (about 46 metre) mission is complete. Background use exists solely to keep that measurement running.
Motion data
Motion and step data serve as a GPS fallback and are processed on your device.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, run an ad network, or track you across other apps.
Third parties
We rely on Apple and Google for the platform and app stores, and RevenueCat for subscription management.
Retention and storage
Your records are stored locally on your device first.
Your rights
You can exercise your data rights under GDPR and CCPA.
Children
Run Late is not directed to children.
Changes
We will update this policy as the app evolves and note the date of the latest change.
