Is Run Late a wake-up alarm?
No. Run Late is a departure app — it gets you out the door on time, not just out of bed. It fires a departure alarm and only stops once you have walked 150 feet outside.
Why does it need location and motion permissions?
Location is read once when you set your home, and otherwise only from when the alarm fires until you complete the mission. Motion is used during the mission. You can turn both on in Settings.
How do I stop the alarm?
There is no off button and no snooze. Walk 150 feet outside and the alarm goes silent. Measurement keeps running even when your phone is locked.
How much does it cost?
The yearly plan is US $29.99 with a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan is US $5.99 with no trial. Billing goes through the app store and you can cancel anytime.
What happens on a day I can't leave?
Tap the alarm's switch and choose Skip today before it fires. A missed day is recorded as Incomplete — it is data, not a punishment.
What do you do with my data?
Location is read once when you set your home, and otherwise only from the alarm firing until the mission completes. Your records stay on your phone. We do not sell data or track you across apps. See the privacy policy for details.
